Specifications
Materials:
Use of high-quality carbon steel, alloy steels, and stainless steel for pipeline construction, meeting or exceeding API 5L and ASME B31.4/31.8 standards.
Pipeline coating: Internal and external coatings (e.g., fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE), 3LPE, or 3LPP) to ensure corrosion resistance and longevity.
Design Standards:
Adherence to ASME, API, ISO, and EN design codes.
Utilization of AutoCAD, PDS, and CAESAR II software for precise pipeline design and stress analysis.
Structural design considerations for seismic, wind, and geotechnical conditions.
Pipe Sizes:
Pipe diameters ranging from 2 inches to 60 inches (or larger upon request).
Customized pipe thickness based on pressure and flow requirements.
Pressure Ratings:
Designed to handle pressures up to 1,500 psi, depending on pipeline specifications and material choices.
Ability to work with both high-pressure and low-pressure pipelines for gas, oil, and water.
Construction Standards:
Pipeline welding procedures following AWS D1.1 and API 1104 standards.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) such as X-ray, ultrasonic, or magnetic particle inspection (MPI).
Environmental protection measures during installation (erosion control, sediment management, etc.).
